Purpose of the processing

The data will be processed mainly by electronic and IT tools and stored both on computer media and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the security measures provided by our internal regulations and from certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and may involve all the operations envisaged by Article 4, comma 2 del GDPR.

Storage.
The personal data processed exclusively for administrative - accounting purposes are kept for a period not exceeding that required by current tax regulations for the conservation of documents. even a cancellation request cannot prevail over this type of storage.
The personal data processed for newsletter / marketing purposes are kept until the time of its cancellation request.
All personal data is saved in backup copies up to thirty days.
Profiling.
Your data will not be subjected to an exclusively automated decision-making process that may produce legal effects that concern you or that may significantly affect your person.
